Check in was good. Room condition not so good. Front door sticker plate missing. Desk chair when raised will not stay up. Tub had hair in it and tub stopper was missing. Sink water was backing up, needs to be snaked. Also only one large towel for two people.

Nice staff. Breakfast was good. Hotel needs to offer better customer service. When u ask for a blanket or towels at desk the correct answer would be let me send some up not try to find the maid to get some. When u advertise ammenities such as a pool, it is unacceptable to be closed all 4 days of our stay. You cant save money with cutting staff and lowering maintenance standards. That just costs you customers.

When I got there to check in there was a sign that the pool and hot tub were closed. Which was disappointing since it was Valentines Day Weekend and we definitely brought stuff to swim. The jacuzzi room however was perfect! Bed was perfect. It was clean with a great view! Breakfast was really good but I did have to heat the omelette and sausage up because it was cold. Waffles were good. I would have love to have known the pool and hot tub didn’t work. I would have stayed somewhere else. The salt water pool was a big part of our stay.

Room was spotless! I for some reason had doubts about the exterior look of this hotel, but far underestimated it! Would definitely recommend and will stay again. Great price for the area and its access! The front desk associate seemed to be in a bad mood this day but was polite with me.

Front desk attendant at check in was very disinterested in doing her job, she looked like she was under the influence of illicit drugs or something. Checked in and 5 minutes later went to the desk and she didnt even recognize me. I didnt even take my coat off. Would not stay there again

after driving 4 hrs in - temps in a blizzard, the heat in our room was only 62 with cool air on! Called front desk and requested a warm room the gentleman did accommodate us! I would recommend new softer, fluffy pillows those now are aweful, flat and hard! But other than that all was good!
