We stayed here twice within a week traveling to and from upstate New York. Our first stay was good. The second stay was not. To be honest the placed is dated but clean. The staff was adequate. Our room on our second visit was not acceptable and ready for occupants. The bathroom in particular was in need of repairs and not equipped with towels, Kleenex and extra TP. The door was damaged and would not close completely. The entry door from the hall need service attention as it made a lot of noise when opening and closing. If we weren’t so tired from traveling we would have asked to relocate. In addition we were awakened at 2:30 am by kids running up and down the hall banging on doors. It took about a half hour for staff to respond. We don’t recommend staying here.The price was probably fair for what we received. In the future we will pay more for a better quality experience.
