We were received quite well despite our late arrival and the staff were welcoming and most gracious. The breakfast service was wonderful. The food was freshly made and flavored really well.

The rooms are clean and large. The shower has hot water, which feels amazing after a day in the cold, and would comfortably fit more than one person. Nice updated fixtures, clean hallways, no weird smells. Didn't hear much outside noise at all. There is a bar in the lobby, and it was actually a great time. The best part of the stay was the staff. Heather at the front desk was amazing and personable, and all of the other employees I interacted with were friendly and professional. This hotel was better than anywhere else I've stayed in Erie.
