Initially we didn’t have the room ready on time (4pm). The room we eventually got was below our expectations for a Fairmont. But the manager took note of that and replaced it with probably one of the best rooms they had.

The property seems understaffed. Staff members were often visibly overworked and stressed. There are limited options at the hotel for meals. Often seating at the lounge is completely full in the evenings so we were unable to eat at the hotel.
