I ended up not staying at this location and unfortunately could not refund. When we approached this place nothing but homeless outside the building. When we went to the door they had a buzzer to let us in and they had windows at there window. As soon as I saw this I knew it was not a good area and the place had a nasty odor when we went in.

At 46 years of age, this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The front door did not open from the outside and the doorbell was not working at all. To gain access, we had to pound on the front glass until someone heard us. The room was lacking, a bedspread , bedskirt and trash can. We were provided with one bath towel. The sliding glass door did not lock. Furniture was water damaged and bed frame broken so the mattress sagged in the center. When I picked up the telephone to call the front desk, there was no dial tone, no connection, nothing. After we checked in, I reviewed the photos online and realized they were not at alll representative to what was in the actual room. I did then notice the rating of 4.2. We stayed one night of the three nights we had paid for in advance. On the elevator ride down to check out everything reeked of weed and by the time we left the parking lot, I was just happy to be alive. I understand this sounds dramatic, but I assure you it’s not safe here even if you’re a crack addict.

Nothing like the pictures, very rude, and you can tell they are use to dealing with homeless people. Elevators arent safe i was sure i was going to get trapped smh BEWARE you get what you pay for... Had roaches!! only gives one towel per room no washcloth.. .

Read reviews prior to staying. Area around property was rough. One elevator worked and its certificate of operation is expired. Only one towel in the room. No 2nd towel washcloth or hand clothes. Staff was friendly and receptive but we never got another towel.

To begin check in was unpleasant she spoke so low i was unable to hear her she didnt tell us about parking or number of the room she just handed us everything and that was it she was annoyed when we asked for further instructions. We waited for a parking spot in the hotel area waiting and trying to figure out where the overflow parking was when we found it across the street there was signs that it was dangerous to park there. We continued to go to the room we were afraid to get on the elevator as the sign stated only 4 people can get on it at a time scary on the 3rd floor as soon as we got off the elevator the smell had as nauseous we get in the room and its even worse the bathroom had no towles or amentiies such as soap or shampoo the beds sheets were not clean/washed they smelled so horrid the room was very run down the curtains were badly stained more than half of the curtain was fallen down the matresses had so many stains and blood and seemed to be very old the rug on the floor was so worn out and black peeling off the floor i dont recommend anyone staying here very sketchy place im not sure how they are able to allow people to stay here
