Front desk was very unhelpful regarding parking in the area clearly looking to charge $35 per night at the hotel which is outrageous. Dismissive at best. The room does not have a fridge and was dated, cleam but the hotel is inconvient maze of random hallways and i would not stay there alone. Location is good but I wouldnt stay there again. Boutique is simply a way of covering the dated old rooms vibe.

I booked an exterior/courtyard facing room. The curtains and carpet were old and worn, the room was poorly lit, paint was pealing off the wall, the vents consistently made a clanging noise and there was evidence of a leak on the ceiling. Thankfully, we were able to change to another room, which was brighter and less noisy (on the 3rd floor) but more of the same in terms of the carpets/curtains. The colored huts in the courtyard were cute but were not available to be used by hotel guests, and were being used as storage sheds for the hotel. For a boutique hotel the rooms felt very much like a budget motel.

Saturday night stay for OLG.

Good location. Was aware of the $35 parking fee. Not of the $18 facility fee. Room was lacking towel bars, microwave, had a burnt bulb in bathroom. Dirty wall beside toilet. Thought it would be nicer. It was Ok. 3pm check in would of been more convenient
