Overall good stay for the money. Rooms were clean but mattresses could be renewed as they were very soft. Walking distance to the falls and attractions which was great.

A nice hotel with friendly staff but I could hear all of my neighbor's conversation even though they were not being loud. And the elevators were downright frightening at times. They always bounced to some degree when they came to a stop; a condition that worsened as the number of passengers increased.

Could hear every footstep from above. Echoing in building, doors slam shut easily. Floor and shower had hair on it. Pillow cases 2 were stained. The fact they have refillable bottles of soaps conditioner and body wash is excellent. No microwave is unfortunate.

Centrally located and great staff however, the rear exit and parking areas needs to be improved to hotel standards. The bathroom in a renovated room was lacking basic towel holders. Noisy hallways at times and housekeeping carts are always visible.
