No power plug on the tv, refrigerator was off, room key card failed twice when we are entering the room. Need to go to the front desk to reset the key card. A bit hassle cause we need to wait for the elevator too cause one is in service.

The service was good . I booked 2 queen size beds and got 2 double beds the comforter on the second bed had big yellow stains on the blanket and the 1 chair the leather was peeled off the back rest of chair and had a very hard time Hocking up to the wifi. The hall ways just as cold as outside. The food in the restaurant was awesome and very good price for the food was awesome price and the staff very friendly and nice and helpful.

Great location, room was very clean (6th floor with a jacuzzi tub). Parking is nice, right behind the building. Hotel is quiet, and Coco’s restaurant is fantastic. The only thing (just bad timing for us I guess) is that there was only one elevator working. They were getting a new elevator & it hadn’t arrived yet. I hope once they get the new elevator, they do the same with the existing elevator….pretty rickety. But overall we always love this place.

Only one elevator was working. Each time we wanted to use it, there was a long wait. Staff were constantly using it with large carts limiting how many people could fit in as well. Pool area needed to be cleaned. We were put in an adjoining room with the door between locked. You could hear the people beside us so easily. We had a hard time going to sleep and then they woke us up early the next morning.
