The property is very dated. Our front door was shared by two separate rooms. The room was clean but the furniture in the room was very old and the A/C very loud. There was no remote for the TV and it wasn't working. In the bathroom, there wasn't enough towels, no cups and no mat for the floor. It looked like the bathroom was recently updated..

Excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. Room was great for the pricing and location. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub unfortunately takes two to three hours to fill, as it uses sink taps that do not have a ton of pressure. Hot tub was well cleaned and the jets had good pressure though. Bath tub was painted, and peeling on the bottom where one stands. Not an ideal texture. Those are my only two gripes that I'd like to see rectified in the future, beyond that the room was a great value. Stayed for six days in late May, and would stay again.

They don’t even let people stay for 5-10 minutes and ask for extra money. I stayed at alot of hotels in niagara falls and they are always adjustable and helpful but these were very weird. They made me wait for 15 minutes so that they can check the room after we leave. What a bad hotel
