Although the property is nice and the room was very quiet, there was one incident that taints my review. More for the response (or lack) from the property than anything. I had to leave a nearby meeting mid morning to return to my room to retrieve some medication. When I attempted to open my room the key didn’t register. Went to front desk got a new key. Still nothing. Returned to front desk they said engineering will meet me at the room. Went to room and waited. No one came. Back to the front desk. Blank looks and excuses. had already missed too much time from my meeting so I had to run and find a pharmacy and buy over the counter meds in place of my prescription meds. Not a good option but the best I could do. When I returned to the property hours later and stopped by the front desk for the 4th time on the matter they couldn’t verify that the key issue had been resolved and were almost accusatory that I hadn’t even reported it to anyone earlier in the day. They could only say that engineering had received the request. Luckily when I got to my room the door opened. No one ever addressed this with me or apologized for the inconvenience. A dead key reader is understandable. Their response was not. I spoke to at least 4 different people at reception about this. It should have been handled better.
