I feel like the hotel is beautiful. I love the room to a certain degree There’s some things that would change about the bathroom. The service was amazing at the front desk, but I think for the price point it was a little too expensive. I was expecting a little bit more, you can say Glam or bougies for the price.

Amazing hotel! Excellent service by all staff. The vibe is different here! Very chic! And I love the decor, lighting, special touches! They use real flowers at the table, real candles…. Little differences like that make a place, shows attention to detail. As I decor places, I see these details, others may not care… however the effort they put into this hotel is seen. It’s not your run of the mill! Book here!

Worst stay I’ve ever had in NYC. I’ve stayed at this hotel several times before and it was always good. This past time they put me in a room that was facing directly to the street, loudest room I’ve ever stayed in my life. You could hear honking from outside ALL night. I asked them to switch me and the manager switched me to a room facing the exact same way but a few floors higher up. Had the exact same problem but they said that was the only other room they could switch me to. Customer service was absolutely terrible and they seem overwhelmed anytime I spoke to them.
