The room was small, but really nice for the space! They managed to fit in everything needed and it was stylish and comfy. The whole hotel has that vibe, stylish and comfy, and was in a great location in Manhattan.

The hotel doesn’t do a typical check-in and you are to check-in yourself through a computer. As a result we never received any of the gold status VIP or learned about what the hotel offered and what we had access to that we were paying an access fee for. There is also a night club in the basement of the hotel and if you want your room on the lower floor to be shaking, well then this is the place for you. If not maybe find another hotel.

disappointed for the price. AC in room was broken and the facilities on our floor was also broken. bed and bedding felt cheap for the amount the room cost. our bathroom door wouldn’t open all the way so we had to shimmy in each time. the glass encasing the bathroom is slightly see through, not great if multiple people are staying in the room.
