The hotel is in a great location. The room we were given had some issues: thec toilet ran all night, the bathtub needs some Luquid Draino, the shower water never got hot, and it was so noisy outside. I get that NYC is going to have noise but it was very hard to sleep. Given all of that, we would most likely stay there again.

Let me start with the pros. Staff is courteous and helpful. We had an issue with the hot water and someone came within 5 minutes after I called the front desk to fix it. Rooms are clean and the room service staff is very thorough. Hotel is extremely well situated right next to the subway and the upper west side is a great area (speaking as a former upper west sider!) Cons. Rooms could do with a serious upgrade. The blinds in my room were broken, the bathroom door had no hook to hang clothes or even the hand towel. The faucets in the tub were wonky and need to be changed out. Would have loved a mini fridge and a microwave. Overall would I stay here again? yes I would.

It was in the perfect location for my family. People working at the hotel could not be nicer. Lovely, helpful happy group. Room was big/bathroom big compared to more expensive midtown hotels but it was very rundown. That would be my only issue recommending it to friends. Otherwise… everything else was great.

Very nice and vintage. Clean and quite witch is hard to find in NYC also I love how confusing the hallways are definitely was fun looking for the room with the wife lol love this place and will be one of my go to every time I’m around and I love the late checking with no problem at like 2 am five stars for sure and great staff
