Nice location near Central Park and subway. Rooms are very run down, carpet needs replacing, rust and cracks in bath tub, peeling wall paper and drywall.

Excellent Staff - All Around

The Night Hotel staff were ALL EXCELLENT. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to security - all are attentive, courteous, and super helpful. They make you feel welcome and are incredibly engaging. The location is IDEAL - although there's some odd characters in the neighborhood they don't bother you. Transportation is easy to get around town by bus, subway, cab, and walking is a delight. Although the rooms are clean, and the common spaces kept really clean, some of the rooms in the Bronze selection are a bit worn. We didn't stay in the renovated rooms (I think Silver and Gold) so hopefully one day they will get around to renovating the bronze.

Need deep refurbishing and claning.

This is the kind of property which deserve a deep refurbishing. Potentially, a big hotel, good location a few meters from subway, many close restaurants and Central Park 400 hundred yards away.

Never again.

The check in was fast. I guess you save time when you don’t say “hi” nor “welcome” to your guests. I must’ve ran into 15 hotel employees and the only ones that acknowledged me were the 2 cleaning ladies. I was put in a very spacious room with barely any furniture. I believe it was a room for wheelchairs. Dirty carpet that was probably there since before I was born in 1981. It’s the kind of carpet that makes you question walking on it barefooted. The wallpaper is lifting from the wall. Rusty shower that will sometimes provide hot water..sometimes not. The bed was comfy and the hotel is well located.
