First off, I would guve this property another chance. They try their best despite what seems to be a small operation company. I think management can consider having a few new investors to keep the property afloat. Serious touch ups on the rooms, everyone’s conplain on the AC, the public area needs serious renovation. This property has a future! Give it a try. ( remarkably large rooms uncharacteristically of NYC.

This was an excellent option for the rate. It was in a quiet area yet accessible to time square and Hudson yards, to the pier. Quiet . Staff was friendly, check in / check out was fast. Loved that my room had a nice private patio

When I booked this value hotel I was a bit skeptical but needed a fair price for my short stay. I will say I was happily surprised about this hotel. Close to Times Square and transit. It is an older place but everything worked (I had read some reviews about heat and water temperature being an issue) we had no issues at all and would stay here again. Staff was super helpful and nice. The weather was cold and then hot, we used both heat & air in room. Hot showers, fridge in room, decent bed, what more could I ask for in a budget hotel! Thank you.

The staff was great. However, there is a heating problem that the owner of the property doesn't seem to care to get fixed. This seems to be an ongoing problem from the reviews I have read. The room temperature was 58 degrees F when we entered and never got above 60. I'm sure they'll have a problem with the air conditioning when the weather soon turns warmer as the air conditioning is on the same system.
