Probably was okay biggest complaint was the toilet. There was like no tower to it at all it got clogged twice during my stay and was out of service until the next morning. I think all we needed was a plunger personally but they had to get facilities. But over all a really good stay just sucked that we had no bathroom for so long and had to go to the basement anytime we had to use the bathroom:(

Parking and luggage issue

There was not adequate things to hold luggage in and out. There was no where to load and unload luggage either. There was no deal for parking because the parking garage was packed and another should’ve been offered. The staff was very nice. Coming and going was a mess with luggage and we paid over $150 for parking because of this for one night.

We stayed at the property for a total of three nights and had an immediate issue with our first room shower. The shower was not releasing any water at all and made me wonder when the last time the shower had been clean without water. The front desk unapologetically moved us to another room.

I love this property. I use alot because it's close to my job, when I have to come into the office. The staff is nice and rooms are just what I need it for. To sleep, shower and be refreshed for the next day.

You get what you paid for. It’s a good no frills hotel for the FIDI area. When we checked in there were no fresh towels available in the room and we had to wait up to around 6PM for them to deliver the water. There was no hot water in the showers. When we notified staff about the issue they would just say turn the knob all the way which we did. It must have been a faulty heating system. I was not the only guest to complain about this issue as other guests reported the same upon our checkout.

Great location to stay in NYP

Justine on reception was an absolute legend. Very friendly and enjoyed joking around with us Brits. The hotel room was clean and a great location. I would recommend the the Broadway Comedy Club. We had a great time in NYP.

Seldom stay at the Holiday Inn at Wall St.

My 2 day stay was meant to stay somewhere safe and comfortable. It was neither of these. Yes the shower and bed felt amazing but the neighbors made it impossible to get any sort of rest. This is now becoming a repeated occurrence. I hope for my next stay either management or security approach me in person and tell me if I am welcomed here or not. And if I am not then there has to be a reason as to what I am doing wrong. Things will not improve if communication isn’t available.

This was a fine spot to stay - clean and comfortable. Not many amenities and one one public sitting area downstairs (no restaurant or bar). Nothing wrong with this spot but I would choose a different place with more amenities at the same price!
