I contacted front desk to notify them that I am arriving late and might be after mid-night. She told me that I need to contact the front office again to check with the after mid-night staff to see the room availabilities. Also, on my check out day, I called the front desk early morning to ask them for late check out because I am part of wedding group that were allowed to get checked out at 1 pm. The staff told me no and if I stayed till 1 pm I will be charged extra fee. Additionally, I asked for coffee at the room and received only 2 coffee cups. I would suggest the staff need to be more professional with the customers and provided better customer service.

The staff and property are awesome. My experience with Expedia was questionable. I booked a two queen room and unfortunately the hotel was not able to accommodate that needs so I had to sleep on a roll in bed. Although the staff was above and beyond, trying to accommodate, it was not their fault.
