The front desk staff were great and attentive. The room was comfortable, there were a couple of times when the television went off and or froze & one of the light fixtures in the bathroom was loose. Great amenities and area. Loved the surroundings and the staff was very nice. On the downside, it's not a quiet stay. Guests were extremely noisy and because of the close proximity of the rooms you can hear everything.
