Excellent
It was a very nice hotel and comfortable. The young man at the front desk and the young man who helped us get a cab were fantastic. The only thing that bothered us was the lighting or lack thereof in the lobby, hallway, & room. They were extremly dark. My husband is legally blind and had a rough time seeing and so did I. Overall, it was a great stay.

Good location but unless you're in a suite the rooms are small with some facing air shafts with no natural light. Not large footprint so elevator noise and proximity to other rooms can make it noisy. Air conditioning system is very noisy.

Location was great, room was nice. Bathroom was freezing cold. There needs to be some covering for window. Plus no exhaust fan so moisture lingered after showering. Cleaning staff was very pleasant. It was also hard to stay warm if you slept near window. Lots of trash outside hotel.
