The rooms need some upgrading and maintenance. Curtains would not block outside light as they were missing end hooks. Room telephone was unusable as it had faceplate missing. Room requires second chair for seating. Light above one bed not working. Breakfast was good except they needed staff to wipe down tables between uses and empty overflowing garbages as disposable dishes were used. Overall the hotel could easily be 4 star with a bit of TLC and staff attention to detail. were used.

Mediocre. No standard king rooms when I checked in around 4. Got a complimentary upgrade. Not sure what made it a deluxe. Got a room farthest from the front desk. Never told there was a parking lot closer. Long walk. Views don’t matter to me, but the east side of the west tower is cracked concrete and weeds. Fire alarm around 5:15 am. Shut off before I could put on a coat and grab my purse. Lovely big breakfast room. Scrambled eggs and tater tots both lukewarm. Only white and brown bread choice, no bagels or muffins. Only one kind of jam. Did have a pitcher of milk for drinking. Elevator out of order when I went to go back to my room. When I checked out no apology for the fire alarm, not even asked how was the stay. On the positive side, nice towels. Got an exceptional price, so probably shouldn’t complain.
