We didn't get the room we reserved. We had a King bed - We were treated like 3rd rate citizens because we did not book through them and we booked through you. The hotel was gorgeous - but it ruined our experience.

When we arrived the Gentleman checking us in had us wait a minute while he ran to get our 3 year old a Roosevelt Hotel Teddy Bear! It was so sweet and our daughter took it everywhere on the trip! The staff was great and very helpful and housekeeping was on it. Wonderful hotel to stay in and centrally located to lots of things in NOLA.

The hotel is beautiful , we loved receiving an upgrade , Mgr. Joseph Houston was amazing!!!! We were appreciative. There was one broken marble tile that needs replaced as u step in the living room. Beautiful hotel. The doormen were amazing!
