We travel to New Orleans about five times a year and this will be our go to hotel moving forward. Amazing staff, clean property with gated parking, and within walking distance to the Quarter and Frenchman. The staff are amazing and so friendly!

It is a unique property and had a great feel. Parking is available for a fee (I believe it was $50 per night) but we were able to find a spot on the street for free. I would definitely stay here again. It was about 1.5 mile walk to the superdome which was a bit longer than we anticipated but not a problem. I would definitely stay here again, particularly if parking was not an issue.

Check-in took a long time. Could hear everything happening in room above me. Awoke to the sounds of people walking around, presumably packing to leave, couldn't sleep.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It is within walking distance to French Quarter and it is a bus and trolley stop for exploring other parts of city.

I did not like the GF facility! The property was in a building without a sign ( it didn't look as if it was open . It had 22 steps, no elevator,no amenities at all, small bathroom, my husband didn't fit and couldn't shower, one bed, two end tables and a t.v. Nowhere to sit nor store clothes. It didn't feel like a relaxing vacation spit. We had to check out on the first night and go ind alternative lodging.
