Service and Convenience in New Orleans

We had a great time at the Embassy Suites New Orleans. We came to New Orleans to see the National WWII Museum. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the museum and riverfront. The hotel's staff is great - everyone is very helpful. The rooms were spacious and very clean. Included was breakfast and happy hour! At breakfast you could have made to order eggs. Just great! Definitely recommend.

I stay at this property every time I’m in New Orleans. I have brought my Service dog with me 2xs and never was asked a thing about her. TBH is time I assume she was the manager said there would be a $75 cleaning fee. I told her they have never charged this before and she said I had no choice. I looked this up and there so be no charges for a service animal anywhere ! I am going to contact Hilton and explain what happened and hopefully get a refund on th is charge!

Had a good stay. Breakfast was good! Room was clean. I had asked for a late checkout when I got there and was told to wait until the morning I was going to check out and ask. I asked and was not able to get one for whatever reason.
