The staff were friendly and courteous, the food was fresh and well prepared. The only concern was that the hot water in the tub and sink didn’t get hot. It left me having to take a cold shower or Luke warm showers

staff was very friendly attentive. Property location can be a little noisy at night. This was mostly street noise. Rooms are becoming a little dated and hot water was not readily available. It took almost 10 minutes for the water temperature was adequate for use.

The staff were courteous. It took a very long time to get hot water on the 15th floor. A very large amount of water was wasted waiting for the hot water. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years when I come to NOLA for a conference/exhibition and the rooms are starting to look rundown. Sorry
