My family members and I stayed here for a weekend birthday adventure for their birthday (17 of us total) , and unfortunately, 3 of my family members and I experience was underwhelming from the start. Upon arrival, the air conditioning in the lobby wasn’t working, which made for an uncomfortable first impression. We were also surprised by unexpected charges — a $120 hold on the card and an additional $50 per day for parking — that weren’t clearly communicated upfront. The first room we were assigned had no working air conditioning, so we requested a room change. The second room had functioning A/C, but the TVs didn’t work. At that point, we decided to just deal with it rather than go through the hassle of moving again. Unfortunately, the new room also lacked a mini fridge, which the first room had — making it difficult to store our food for the weekend. Overall, while we appreciated the staff’s willingness to accommodate the room change, the multiple inconveniences made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.
