I enjoyed staying at this property as it was walk-able to all the attractions in the french quarter. It was only 2 blocks to Bourbon st but was still far enough away so you did not here the commotion of Bourbon st at night. Very clean and well kept. I would definitely stay here again. The downside to the hotel was there was no breakfast buffet.

We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard! Especially liked that we could access the Ritz-Carlton and enjoy the facilities. The room was large with a separate siting/desk area. The reception staff were extremely helpful for us "newbees" to New Orleans. The breakfast staff were great and it was nice to have Starbucks coffee. The towels were clean but pretty rough :(and on one day housekeeping came to clean, but we needed her to come later. Unfortunately, she didn't understand English at all and even with Google translate, she misunderstood "come back later" and never came back.

The hotel is really nice and the rooms have been renovated. The only issue we had was the extra fee for parking our car $50 per day. I find it a bit too much. Also, we bought the breakfast package but it only included a sandwich and drink or two cold items and drink. I wish Expedia should specify this at time on reserving.

Have stayed at this property before... the location is convenient to Canal Street (one block away), to the French Quarter is just a walk away, shopping and dining also just a walk away. Staff is fantastic. Rooms are always super clean. Just bring your own water... bottles provided are pricey. Will stay here again.
