One wired thing was that the AC controller in the room didn't work and we spend chill time in the first night. The receptionist said next morning we had to claim an AC change to heat the room from cooling, coming by the reception, with someone AC changer handling with it getting into the room. It got comfortable stays after it adjusted, but it'd be better stays they should have told us about it at first when check-in.

Room was like staying in a basement with a little window high up on the wall. Valet parking was quite scary being it is on Canal Street, but the valet were nice and worked quickly in a lot of traffic. Good Location though being near Bourbon Street.

Room was ok, the view was of another roofline so that wasn’t ideal. The bed was absolutely horrible. Mattress was hard as a rock. Worst I’ve ever slept on. Brought it to the front desk attention, they advised nothing they can do, wouldn’t even consider switching rooms. Location was ok. I probably won’t book there again or recommend to anyone simply because of the front desk attendant

The location was great and the hotel was clean with very friendly staff. However, there was a problem with their boiler system, so the water in our room was freezing 3.5 of the 5 days we stayed, making showers impossible. We had maintenance and engineers in our room several times attempting to fix the water and were only offered a new room the night before we were leaving, which prompted my 3 stars!

Just very disappointed in my overall stay. The price to stay there was so expensive yet I didn't have hot water for three days! No one from the hotel staff tried to contact us regarding the issue and never gave us updates. Leaving the facility was not great either. No valet service for checking out. They placed us on a bus and took us to the parking facility. Our bags were placed in the back but we had to carry everything else onto the bus and place overhead or hold in our lap. It was just so uncomfortable. I will say the parking facility guys were very nice and efficient. They had our cars ready and were helpful with loading. I will not stay here again.
