Enjoy your morning coffee on your own private outdoor space, spend your afternoons exploring scenic hiking trails, tranquil lakes, waterfalls and the coast, and unwind in the evening with a movie and a glass of wine. This quiet, thoughtfully designed home is your perfect base.

We are within walking distance to Westwood lake, where you can enjoy a hike around the lake or relax on the beach while the kids play in the sand. We are only a 10 minute drive to Nanaimo's ocean front boardwalk, where you can watch the sailboats or eat at the quaint fish and chip shop located on the wharf.

Are you seeking adventure or a connection to nature - We are 15 minutes from Ammonite Waterfalls, or 20 minutes to Neck Point where you can kayak and paddleboard while the seals sun themselves. During cooler seasons, the nearby pool and arena offer opportunities for skating a swimming.

Although we do not have a kitchen, we have everything you need to enjoy your stay. You'll find a list of our favorite local dining spots in the guidebook. We've also provided all the essentials - cutlery, plates, and bowls - if you prefer to order in. A charming dining table and chairs offer a comfortable place to enjoy your meal, or play a card game. If you have an extended stay, there is a laundromat minutes away.

At the end of the day, you can stretch out in an ultra comfortable king sized bed while your friends or family enjoy their own private room with a Queen sized bed. Very clean, well appointed suite with extremely comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood.Great location close to all the amenities we required. The host ( Dhana) was exceptional in communicating and responding in a timely manner. The suite was exactly as described in the pictures. Would highly recommend this property.

My teen son and I were in Nanaimo for a dance competition. Host was extremely welcoming and left clear entry instructions as well as provided a list of local recommendations within the area. The unit is updated, clean, and very comfortable. The beds are very big! With tons of blanket layers so you can choose how warm you want to be. Also, very cozy big pillows. There were several little extras such as dedicated parking, blackout curtains, umbrellas, slippers, cream in the fridge etc. And it was super QUIET! Definitely an A stay for us.

Hosts were so friendly, helpful, & responsive to all questions. Space was 100% fresh & clean. Nothing was left out, they included everything we could have possibly needed. Beds were so comfortable & cozy, nice warm space. Lots of nice walking in the area & very close to all kinds of recreation spaces & also restaurants. Such a great space to stay.
