Loved our stay, Simon was wonderful. Only thing I would change is maybe add Adults only hours to the pool and hot tub as parents and kids do hog the pool at night right up until closing. We stayed here while renovating and listening to kids screaming and splashing in the pool while trying to swim and unwind was just a bit much. I understand kids are part of the equation but after 7:30-8pm until 9 make it quiet .

Overall a very nice hotel. The room was very nice and renovated. The reception area looks very fancy and restaurant too. The onsite restaurant and the pool was main selling point as it was my birthday and we travelled with 2y old kiddo. We asked at reception if the restaurant was kids friendly and if we need a reservation just to make sure…1hrs later once we settled in, there was a certain business Christmas part there too and unfortunately the restaurant staff was very unexperienced and rude when we wanted to come in and by the first look very judgmental too. Anyway there was apparently no free table and wait was ridiculous so we ended up booking Skip the dishes. Regarding the pool, may have not seen on Expedia but that thr Indoor pool is half open so very cold breeze comes in and not suitable for small kids at all. Also the pool area looked very sad, and outdated.

Beautiful and clean. Dining was delicious. The indoor pool was half exposed to the air and that made it quite cold. Not a clear explanation of that on their website. Basic , but great for our family of 4.we will be back in the summer for that outdoor pool.

Our first impression of lobby was very impressive. We arrived as it was getting dark so didn’t see the beautiful water view. the restaurant is nice food was delicious and staff were very friendly. Front desk called about 15 minutes after we got hear to make sure everything was ok with our room. The part I must say the indoor pool area was freezing so only 1 of 4 went in and wasn’t very long this is the main reason we chose the hotel was for the pool. Not sure why they only put a part roof over the pool as they have an outdoor pool on a rainy day having a completely covered warm pool area would be much better, definitely would come back if it was hot out to use the pool but if not we would have to look at other options.

Due to construction out front we were comped an oceanview room. Amazing view - and the balcony had a lovely little table and chairs to watch the sunrise and set. The gym has every machine you can think of and the staff is helpful and friendly.
