Great Hotel
A very nice clean comfortable hotel in a good location. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was hot and was excellent. I would definitely come back.

The check in was just fine, but when entering into the elevator the carpet was wasted and dirty. The smelling was not good as well. The room was good with a lot of space, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a typical hotel’s breakfast nothing fantastic to taste. Check out was fast.

I didn't like finding a 2 and a half foot long black hair in my bed. It looks to me like the bed wasn't made, Its disgusting.

Great hotel in wonderful location
Very nice establishment. Clean and relatively current rooms (not dated). Decent breakfast. The main street goes right beside the hotel, but we did not hear any noise from the passing traffic.

Definitely an overrated hotel. I don’t know how it has an over 8 rating. The lobby is small and a bit run down. The room is comfortable and roomy. The washroom is a bit old. The washroom amenities are cheap. The check in agent was least bothered about providing good service. I stayed with my wife and 2 kids. She first gave us a room where the A/C didn’t work properly and the washroom door wouldn’t close. It would rub against the floor tiles and wouldn’t close. I went down to ask for a room change and the same front desk agent said ‘Oh that’s how it has always been…’ saying it like it’s normal and I should accept it as is. She thankfully gave us another room and the second room was fine. The breakfast is not impressive except the waffle which was good. The breakfast server was really nice. I think she was East European and really cared for guests and made sure everything was stocked right away. I won’t be staying here again though.

Lovely stay!
We only stopped in for one night before heading on the ferry home, but it was a lovely stay - beds were comfortable and beautifully prepared, A/C was already on cooling the room for us, lots of space for our luggage, and a convenient mini fridge with mini freezer to keep our perishables cool. The breakfast the next day was nice too - with a love attendant there that was very friendly. Would recommend for any stay, especially if taking the ferry. It was only a 4 minute drive away and took the stress out of trying to make a sailing.
