Surprisingly disappointing! :(

As always the service was incredible! However the condition of the room was subpar and far below what I have come to expect from this hotel. The fixtures in the bathroom fell off the wall at the slightest touch and the toilet was very wobbly. There were no outlets available near the bed while the furniture and flooring felt cheap compared to rooms I previously had at this hotel. I have enjoyed staying at this hotel several times because of the quality of the rooms so I was astonished at the poor condition this time.

Highly recommend!!

If you want to stay in the Old Port of Montreal, I highly recommend this hotel. It's modern/up-to-date while perfectly maintaining an "old world" charm. Conveniently located next to the Notre Dame cathedral and within walking distance to shopping and world class restaurants.

Property is nice, area great and walkable to many attractions, restaurants, bars. But getting to the hotel is horrible, staff cannot seem to explain what roads are accessible. Also, things like getting ice seem very cumbersome. For the cost of the room one would expect just a little more attention.

We had a great stay. The location was great and staff were super helpful and friendly. I appreciated the room amenities, small bottle shampoo etc., bottled water, good coffee, robes and slippers. I also appreciated no carpeting. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooftop was beautiful and the 2 bathroom executive suite was top notch. Also, though not property related, the service we received from Amine Amzal was exceptional and a reason we return to the hotel each year. Can’t beat good people to make your stay a pleasure.
