La douche Ă  mĂȘme la chambre n'offre aucune intimitĂ© et la toilette dans un espace fermĂ© Ă©tait trĂšs Ă©cho ce qui, encore une fois, n'offrait aucune intimitĂ©. Je dĂ©plore vivement ce design. Le reste de la chambre Ă©tait correct quoique le dĂ©cor ultra moderne soit totalement dĂ©pourvu de chaleur et de confort. Le lit et la literie seulement Ă©tait confortables. C'est l'essentiel! Au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, le corridor menant aux chambres est peinturĂ© tout en noir. Loin de donner du prestige et du chic, Ă  mon avis, cette ambiance dĂ©grade l'expĂ©rience, la rendant plus sombre, bas de gamme, voire mĂȘme incitant au non-respect. Ce n'est pas le genre d'expĂ©rience que je recherche dans un hĂŽtel. Il est clair que la clientĂšle visĂ©e est plus jeune, par consĂ©quent, je ne m'y sentais pas Ă  ma place, ce qui ne devrait pas en principe ĂȘtre l'image d'un hĂŽtel haut de gamme.

Nice hotel..my usual pick when in Montreal for business. Very clean and welcoming staff. Hotel smells great! Wish I knew what scent they use. The only negatives are no room service, and tv. Hotel is seemingly stuck in the past with a lack of smart tvs. Which means no Netflix etc. kinda strange this day and age.
