The person at check in never mentioned we have to put a sign on our door if we wanted our room cleaned, so our room was not refreshed with towells and garbage. The day time clerk was very friendly and helpful we asked for plates and cutlery and she had them arranged for us from the restaurant. The evening clerk was the opposite, we asked for towels to be brought up and he told us to come get them at the desk. Overall it was a poor experience and I will not be staying again.
