The location and amenities is the reason we chose this hotel. The Warwick Le Crystal - Montréal did not disappoint! Everything about the hotel was top notch. I highly recommend and will visit again.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is well located. All the hotel personnel were exceptionally helpful and gracious. My only reason for less than a 5 star review is because we were surprised at the steep parking and resort fees.

We had a fantastic stay at The Warwick and were truly impressed by the blend of timeless elegance and attentive hospitality throughout our visit. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a sophisticated atmosphere that immediately makes you feel like you’re somewhere special. Our room was spacious, quiet, and extremely comfortable—everything was spotless and well-appointed, with thoughtful details that made our stay extra relaxing. The bed was especially cozy, and we appreciated the quality linens and amenities. What really stood out, however, was the service. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, welcoming, and genuinely eager to ensure we had a great experience. From the front desk to housekeeping, everything ran smoothly and felt effortless on our end. The hotel was pretty modern and room was quiet and comfortable. The staffs were friendly and it was conveniently located. We were able to walk to a few restaurants nearby, the underground city, metro subway station, and old Montreal. It had a small refrigerator fill with drinks that we have to pay extra if we drink them and we had to remind our kids do not touch these which was kind of little annoying. Overall, it was a pretty good stay for us.

Don't even think of staying anywhere else.

This is the hotel to choose over all others. You forget it is a hotel. Staff are excellent and attentive. Location could not be better. Montreal has a lot to offer and Let Crystal is on that list.

Our safe was broken and we reported it twice. Never fixed. Light in the bathroom over one of the sinks flash off and on, which we didn’t bother reporting since we were leaving the next morning. Some scratched surfaces. Restaurant servers were surmley. Was not offered bottles of water when we left, as used to be done previously. We’ve stayed at Le Crystal many times in the past, but this experience was sub par. Will not be back.

Great stay!

Best bed and bedding! Rooms are also quiet. Convenient location, right in the center of downtown and within walking distance to most attractions, dining and shopping.

The little things matter

It's the little things that really make the stay. But the big things are great too. So, we were lucky enough to get our room upgraded. We stayed in one of the penthouse suites with 2 bedrooms. The suite was unbelievable. 2 lovely, large bathrooms, large common area, and a huge, private deck. Having a kitchenette is a lovely perk. I can't say enough about how lovely this room was, but the service was what really made the place amazing. We had bath robes and slippers awaiting us in the closet for myself, my partner and our daugter which was amazing. The pool had kids life jackets and floaties to play with and every request made to the front desk was met with quick responses and service. I don't know if we will ever get a chance to stay in the penthouse suite again, but the next time we are in Montreal, we will definitely book a room here because everything was great.

Sadly we are ending our relationship with Warwick Le Crystal. Upon check in, we were faced with front desk staff who tried to present two alternative rooms instead of our selected room. The first room was $88 higher per day, the second was less money than we paid for the room. We refused, however, front desk staff still tried to argue and convince us to pay more for another room since ours was not ready. Staff then admitted the room had been cleaned and only needed a quick inspection. Instead they made us wait from 1:30pm to 3:30pm to enter our room although they took up our bags hours before. Would not give us an early check in to try to upsell us for a higher priced room. They seem to prefer bookings directly with hotel instead of Expedia. Hotel will not give points for stay unless booking directly with them. I had to ask twice to be given the exact amount of the security deposit. Resort fee was supposed to be around $79 but ended up being $115. Not transparent with this before arrival. During our stay the second day bed sheets not cleaned. Instead pillow cases with stains flipped so we would not notice and we were given wash cloths with holes. The previous year we stayed here they made us wait 2-3 hours as well. Also, in previous years asked for a taxi and was instead given a much higher priced town car to the airport. Will not stay here again and wait for hours when a room has been cleaned and we were told it would only be a few minutes. Deplorable service.

I really enjoyed my stay here on a recent trip to Montreal. The room was super spacious and very clean, which made it feel really comfortable and relaxing. The location was also great, there’s a grocery store nearby and it was easy to get around. Ariel and Thomas were very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. It’s always nice when people go out of their way to make you feel welcome. All in all it was a great place to stay, I’d definitely come back!
