We kindly ask you to keep the noise to minimum between 11pm and 6am to respect neighbours and maintenance a quite building environment.

Smoking Policy
This is a non-smoking property. Please do not smoke anywhere inside the building, smoking in the unit will cause smoke detector go into alarm. If you need to smoke, please do so outside or go to rooftop terrace (you can find a key in the round plate on the table, please do put the key back to the round plate after using). Kindly note a fine of $100 will be charged if cleaning lady report smoke smells in the unit.

Parking
Indoor parking is available and limited to 1 car per booking but you need to reserve in advance (at least 24 hours in advance during 10 am- 6 pm, M-F),
it start from 20cad + service fee per night. (price may differ in weekend and high season)
Guest access
Rooftop terrace shared with others owners, you can find the terrace key on the round plate on the table, please do put it back inside the plate after using. If you do not find the key, please ask room #101 during 9am-5pm (M-F)
