Very disappointed!

We paid more than we usually do for a Hotel, but it was near the water so we took it. The Hotel has no air conditioning so it was warm at night. There was a fan so we had that going. Used only a sheet as more was too much. I slept two hours then I was too warm to sleep. I went to sleep at 4:00 am and was awaken at 7:15 with construction going on. A very loud drill and hammering. We paid way too much for this room to be awoken so early. Also, the toilet would run, shut off and start again after a bit. The two chairs facing the fireplace were so hard you couldn’t sit on them. When we told the young Lady at the desk about all this, she didn’t seem to care too much. She said the workers are to start at 8:00. I said they didn’t, it was 7:15. She also added that because we booked with Hotels.com we couldn’t get our money back. We told her we didn’t care we just wanted to leave. I’m sure she didn’t care. I’ll never return to this Hotel again.

Nice place to try once

Great relaxation spot however, no microwave in the room and when I asked staff if I could use their micro they said they didn’t have one. Also, i would've likes a screen door that i couldve enjoyed the fresh ocean air at night.

Amazing stay….get the ocean view room if you can. Ended up extending stay it was so nice. Beautiful area and walkable to cannery row and the wharf. Staff very helpful and kind. Valet parking was convenient but extra charge. Can not say enough about views!!!

We enjoyed our stay from check in to check out! Upon arrival the staff was kind and helpful. We loved how clean and cozy our room was and all of the extras that made it feel special- like the drinks/snacks hour in the afternoon and the breakfast delivery to the room. We were celebrating our anniversary and overall had a lovely experience. Definitely recommend staying here! We will be back :)

Good location but elevator is out of service and we were checked in on the 4th floor.Room wasn’t ready until 430.Was travelling with 2 senior citizens with bad knees and one almost had an asthma attack after taking the stairs.Had a rose on the table that is almost dry.Would not come back especially with the price I paid for-almost $500.Had a little snack offering but there was not enough place to sit to enjoy the limited wine offer.No parking except valet(no one met us at the lobby) which cost another almost $50.

Amazing stay! We had room overlooking the water and it was a beautiful view, very quiet area and the service was incredible. Quaint little hotel in a great area. Highly recommend and we will be back to visit when in the area again.
