Loved our stay here! Staff greeted us at the door to help with luggage. Check-in process was fast and easy. The room was amazing: comfortable bedding, spacious, beautiful and had a great patio overlooking cannery row.

the heater was too hot and we could not figure out how to adjust it. the staff members were fantastic. the alarm clock that is part of the room went off at 2 am and again at 6am. i unplugged the alarm clock to ensure that it would not go off again and then the phone would not work.

This property was great! The only issue we had was how warm it was in our room. We were on the 3rd floor and had a view of Cannery Row, but none of the windows could open. Not even a slight opening. There was a ceiling fan in our room and a plug in, standing fan but it only blew the warm air around. We made sure the heater in our room was off, but we had a difficult time sleeping with no fresh air or cooler air option. Other than that, it’s a nice place to stay.
