Disapointed!

When I booked the rooms for myself and my two collogues, I specifically requested 1st floor rooms as we are all disabled vets. I even called to confirm the request. When we arrived, I was put in 306 o the first floor, but my two associates were put in other areas and on the 2nd floor of buildings that had no elevators. The lady at the desk stated there were no other rooms available however when I checked into my room, I noticed that room 307 and 308 were both clean and empty. They were still not yet occupied when we departed the following morning. The staff could have easily accommodated us tremendously but instead chose to lie to us. This is NOT how would expect veterans (let alone any other guest) be treated. This will weigh heavily on future reservations as we travel to Pahrump at least twice a year.

Was disappointed that the hotel did not provide shampoo had I known ahead of time it would have been acceptable. Room was not cleaned but once while we were there. We were locked out of the room dat before we left. Towels were hard and stiff, not enough towels.
