The room was perfect, clean and updated. The morning cleaning staff was very courteous and helpful in keeping my room clean. They even left me extra cups and coffee in my room as per request. I will definitely come back to this hotel next year for my business trip and let others on my team know about it. I will also look out for this chain in my other business travels throughout US.

The staff was very friendly and the property was clean. The location was nice as we attended a festival at the convention center. The breakfast was good loved the muffins, not to many options for protein though. Our room 1018 was cute, but very cold because the AC wouldn't shut off so we had to resort to having the heater on. The only downfall was that the shower/ shower head was in a terrible condition with green rust all over it making the water pressure very crappy. There was no shower liner too so water went everywhere. For the price you pay things like a simple shower should be updated/ kept in great condition.
