The office area & breakfast nook was quite clean. Personal lady was very friendly. The rooms are kept up for nicely. Only small problem, almost have to do a running jump into the bed due to being so high. lol

Air conditioning worked well. Beds were clean and comfortable. No problem with hot water and showers. In general the hotel needs major upgrades and the price reflects its degradation. Better than sleeping in your car, barely.

We enjoyed our stay although it was short. Check in wasnt the most enjoyable experience but it was quiet and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast options aren't great so if you are a Breakfast eater definitely make other plans.

The room wasnt clean The bathroom door was made so you cant lock it The front desk worker was controlling and wouldnt give you things that most people would. There was no microwave or coffee pot in the room that was listed on the descriptions. The breakfast was lousy.

The only negative I have is the A/C/heating unit was quite loud, but that is a minor thing. All I want is a clean room and hot water. Regency Inn continues to give it to me so I will continue to stay there
