The rooms were remodeled and clean. We were on the second floor with no elevator, but we managed to get our belongings to the room! We needed extra pillows and help with the TV remote control, and the staff were VERY VERY helpful, polite, and pleasant. (Kudos to Shan, second shift) The hotel was full, but quiet. Service was excellent!
