Unfortunately, they had trouble with a boiler and we did not have hot water until the second day of our stay. But staff were very helpful and accommodating! We also had issues with the toilet in our room, but they attempted to fix it quickly. The water park was awesome and the kids loved the arcade!

The bed was not very comfortable and we didn’t know the water park wasn’t open until Thursday luckily we stayed on a Wednesday night and didn’t have anywhere to be on Thursday so we were able to use the water park but it was definitely disappointing not having access to it on Wednesday evening liked we had planned. The staff was great and let us have a late checkout since we were in the area for an interview. It was a nice time all in all.

I would give this hotel a rave review. They had an issue with the hot water heater and so for two days we did not have hot water. They did figure out an alternative and were very accommodating to us and did give us a free night and free swim passes and free breakfast. So with something that was out of their control I think they handled it quite well and we were taken care of. Would 100% go back. The Waterpark was lots of fun! Also close to a couple restaurants and gym. The breakfast was a decent hotel breakfast. One of the better ones I have had.
