The staff were very courteous and friendly each day of our stay! Liked them alot....very welcoming. Our room was very clean and it was just what we needed for our little family get together. I might add that it was very quiet as well. Nice little coffee bar area. We would definitely stay here again!

The shower linen was not replaced during my stay and was dirty. There were pubes on my towels. Everything else was fine.

Room was very dirty, then went downstairs show the pictures and videos got another room and same thing dirty as well. Talk to the manager, which was an older white lady with glasses seem like she really did not care very rude. There was another front desk lady her name was Keke that was a front desk employee. She was very sweet and she guided me to take the right steps was very a lovely person to meet and the only person I met there that made me feel home. I will not be going again. I did not have a good day and I am a housekeeper that works at another hotel in Rochester so it’s very sad to see that I come to another hotel and it’s dirty.

The room needed to be cleaned better and the pull out sofa was nasty . I also found a smoke joint of marijuana on the side of the night stand . There was no soap and the stove was dirty .

The rooms are great and I saved here a couple times. The reason for three stars is every time I’ve stayed here. There have been issues where I’ve needed to change rooms or things that were supposed to happen, Didn’t happen. Really disappointing because otherwise it’s a very nice hotel. Hopefully they can get the management together so all the pieces match the quality of the rooms.

The room was pretty dirty. I found syringes in the room by the laundry and showed them to the service person out front. The dishes were all dirty, and the sink was dirty. It was a terrible experience. I usually stay at this hotel, but this time I’m around. Thanks. It’s pretty dirty. The couches were dirty, which I recorded on TikTok and in pictures.
