We were very disappointed with our check in. Prior to booking, we called and were told that park and fly would be $10/day. It was not mentioned that we would have to book a particular package to get that rate. We specifically were told there was nothing special we needed to do to be able to park and fly. Upon check in, we are now informed that it is $18/day or else we would have needed to book differently. This is literally the reason why we booked this hotel and are disappointed in the miscommunication. There is a sign outside the door that claims $10/day park and fly! Not sure there is anything to do now but hopefully this can be more clear for others in the future.

The hotel was pleasant, clean and homey. If you’re looking for something that has a nice breakfast, this isn’t for you. Probably through no fault of its own, the options are limited and the food are refilled at times, slowly. But you get what you paid for and that’s why it’s still to me, a great place to stay! 4/5!

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel was very clean, and I honestly have zero complaints. We will definitely stay at this same hotel again if we return to the area!

The stay was great I loved that the hotel had an entrance to the bowling alley next door. The rooms were clean staff was friendly. The only thing was I wish we could’ve checked in earlier my son wasn’t feeling good and he had to sleep in the car until we got our room.

Rooms were great. Staff was helpful. Shuttle driver was friendly. Slightly disappointed in the breakfast…went down for breakfast just before 9am on Sunday and they were out of a lot of food items. Then when something was refilled, they would run out again as so many were waiting. Food looked good. This was a minor hiccup in our overall stay. Definitely recommend - just go early for breakfast 😊

This hotel is phenomenal! The rooms were in great condition with ample storage solutions and a well equipped kitchen. The staff are super helpful and courteous. Overall a great stay for a family of 4 (with 2 kids under 2).
