The shuttle to and from the Mall of America was great. Did not like that we had to pay for parking our car to stay at the property. There was a problem in the room once we had checked in. The staff was great about trying to correct the problem however this was a delay of about an hour and a half from when we checked into the hotel until we got into the room. The problem continued so we had to move to another room the next morning. Breakfast was okay, not great. When certain items were out and we asked for them it seemed like we were inconveniencing staff to fill items. It was the same breakfast all three days we were there. A little variety would have been nice.

Overall it is a clean hotel. Front desk staff is friendly, the housekeeping greeted us and are nice as well. The room has a nice atmosphere. Breakfast options are few. The only complaint is the bed is a little hard but the room had an overall comfort to it.
