The room smelled like dog and I was staying there for a week. There wasn't much within walking distance. Breakfast was ok. Very basic. Positive = plenty of parking and close to hwy.

Very Disappointed

Our room was horrible. The smell inside the room was disgusting. I was moved to another room one floor up. However, it was right outside the elevator door and had to hear the ding of the elevator and people talking and kids yelling through out the stay. Also, the floor above me had people stomping on the floor late night and early morning. The morning breakfast was terrible as well. Think twice before booking here.

Great 2 night stay. Rooms so comfy and quiet. Large bathroom, beds very comfy, rooms spacious. Very friendly staff at checkin and out. Convenient free parking. Breakfast buffet a bonus and hot and delicious. We travel with our pet. So appreciate pets are welcome. Convenient area for them. 5 star all around and we will be back! Thank you!

Due to 76 rooms being checked out that day they didn't have rooms available even at 3:00. Not sure why they couldn't have had a few rooms cleaned earlier in the day. The excuse that they had 76 rooms that opened up that day dpesn't make sense. You don't have to clean all 76 rooms to have a couple of clean rooms.

The most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in. Old sunken in mattress with lumpy pillows. The breakfast was really bad and, the syrup tasted disgusting and it poured out like it was watered down.

My stay was pleasant and there were no big negatives that affected my experience. It met my expectations and I would rate it on par with other hotels at that price point. We spent a lot of time at the pool and that was nice. Breakfast was fine. The coffee was below average. Room was clean and it was quiet.

Used to be a good place to stay, not anymore. Expedia reservations not in their system. The desk person was AWOL for 10 minutes, no sign saying where he was, he didn't bring his portable phone with him. He claimed that in his 30 years of hotel work, that he had Expedia on his speed dial, since he has to call them "thousands and thousands of times" to straighten out their reservations. I then told him that we had recently been on a road trip to CA and Yuman, Az and had no problems at all with any Expedia reservations. The room we were given was a single king, not the 2 queen for the 3 adults in our party. After moving our luggage to a different room, that was OK. In the morning, when I went for breakfast at 6:30 there was no milk. I set the empty gallon jug on the counter, it disappeared, but 1 hour later, still no milk. Several guests with children were asking where the milk was for cereal for their children. I went up to the front desk to inquire about why there was no milk, and the person stated, "I guess I will have to go and get some milk. I don't know how it will get paid for, since I haven't been reimbursed yet for the dish soap that I bought using my own money". NOT good that the kitchen servers, at the start of their shift didn't care that there wasn't any milk. We won't be staying at this Hampton in Bloomington ever again.
