I never stayed here but was still charged for my entire stay because of a deposit issue. I couldn't have my card debited for $100 with a refund taking up to 14 days. When they refused to refund my stay, I tried to enter the hotel again to pay the deposit and was locked out at 8:30 pm when the sign shows a 10pm lock of the front door. I paid for my stay in full with my debit card at a very difficult time financially. I could have just flushed $215 down the toilet and would've felt better about it. I have traveled all over the world and this was a first for the terrible treatment and experience i received. I will never book another room with Marriott/Sheraton ever again, first and last time.
