We always stay at this hotel when we fly out of Miami airport and we are never disappointed. Always clean and comfortable rooms and the staff is great. Cesar at the pilot restaurant was great and very efficient. It was super busy and they only had two people working but they were fast and friendly.

Check in was smooth and quick; I booked using the Expedia app, showed my ID to front desk and that was it. Shuttle to and from the airport was very convenient; it starts from 6am and goes out every hour on the hour. Room was clean and nice.

We were here overnight before an early morning flight. There was a lot of noise from traffic and the airport. The walls are thin, and our neighbors argument kept us awake. We were also disappointing that the airport shuttle didn’t start running until 6 AM.

This hotel is very convenient, very close to the airport 10 min drive, very clean rooms, nice pool, staff and front Desk very nice and helpful at all times . We enjoyed our time at this hotel . The pilot restaurant on the six ,food is amazing and Cesar was very kind. The only issue we had was the AC didn’t work the first night, but we were accommodated to another room quickly . I will come back to this hotel in the future if needed . Thank you very much.

Very nice updated room. Better than average TV channels and all in HDTV. Bed is on the firm side and the HVAC is on the loud side. Fantastic shower and water pressure. Will definitely stay again in the future.

The hotel was really well-kept, and I appreciated that! However, I was a bit surprised by how loud the planes were; I didn’t expect to hear them quite that clearly. Also, it seemed like sounds traveled down the corridor, so I could hear everything happening nearby!
