When we arrived no one was waiting and we need to wait 30 minutes for our room key because it was not ready... When I ask again, another person told me... Oh Yes Sir, your room has been ready the whole time... The next morning our room keys were not working, one of my daughter shopping bag disappear on our second day. On the promotion it say, breakfast included, but is not 100% free, you need to paid 16 bucks, that is not bad, but is not included as advertise. Overall we are not happy...

Upon arrival, there were 2 fire alarms that went off. We were in the 7th floor and my mother with a bad heart condition had to come down the stairs twice and staff was of no assistance to let us know what was going on. The bathroom tub with filthy dirty and clogged. The sink was leaking causing my mother to slip after she showered in the dirty tub that accumulated water through the course of her shower. I’ve been to several Holiday Inns as I travel with work often, by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

First somone check in on my wife name so the room was given to a different person. Then they asign her a room, when she arrived the room the card did not work, she went down to get it fixed, when she went back to the room the card worked but there was people on the room already, went back down and when finally she got a room the AC did' nt worked.

The front desk staff did not know if they had transportation shuttle from the airport. I called when my flight landed and waa plsced on hopd and transfered several times. I then unered to the hotel. Thevsake staffvwho transferred me was there and offered me fee breakfast (which was the best paty of the stay). The room!!!! Horrible, crumbs onnthe desk, dirty q-tip on the floor, hair in the tub..dirty floor!!! Disguisting! Sheila, the manager gave me my $11.39 fee back and 20% off. Ok. Nice gesture. Id never stsy there again. Very disappointing.
