2 star MOTEL

One person at front desk so about 40 min to check in. Room smelled moldy. Definitely dated. Wasn’t expecting a 5 star but this was a 2 star at best. Either things need to be updated or the pricing should reflect a 2 star MOTEL, not Hotel.

It is a room.

The room is small. Front desk staff is overwhelmingly nice. The room itself is clean-ish if you don’t look too close. The bathroom’s fixtures are in disrepair. The sink doesn’t have a stopper, the shower head base is hanging off the wall, and there are bugs of some sort in the shower. It’s Florida, I get it, there are bugs. The AC in the room is kickin, though! Walls are thin, you can hear everything on both sides and above you.

If i could give a 0 star review i would. It was an awful experience, couldn’t even stay for one night i had to leave and find a new hotel. Bugs on the bed on the dressers random stains on the bed and on the toilet. Worst experience i have had a long time. Manager wouldn’t talk to anyone and there were other guests complaining about the same thing as me. Refused a refund even though i could not sleep in either of the 2 rooms i had. New hotel for 7 people was a struggle. Employee tried to help but Manager was just horrible.
