Cons:This hotel very old and no elevators. Stairs smells staff was okay not a fan of the outside was not worth $200 did not like parking lot its needs to be gated. Pros: lobby smells good, mcdonalds next door, pillows are soft. Will not come back☹️

The transfer from the airport was the best part of the whole thing. The driver was hilarious. The hotel was dirty and doesn’t have an elevator. The front desk staff were rude and overall it was a terrible experience!! That transfer driver though…he was 10 out of 10!

Very clean hotel, and nice staff. Shuttle service every half an hour, which was great. Fantastic bar/restaurant right there in the hotel. Food, drinks, service were great. Had some fantastic happy hour deals. The pool was nice and clean. Definitely recommend.

Let’s start with the positive. The check in was easy and the person was very friendly. Bed was very nice. But I don’t know what was up with the other reviews. I stayed here because of all the good reviews. But this place is really dated and needs a serious upgrade. Furniture was ancient and stained. I didn’t even want to put my bag on it. Room smelled either moldy or someone had consistently smoked in it. Supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel but place reeked. Gave me a sore throat and I could hardly sleep. No free breakfast and if you missed the shuttle you have to wait almost an hour for another. Room was really small and my favorite complaint, no elevator. I was on the second floor. Down first one very long hallway then I finally found the stairs and then another really long hallway all at 1am with bags. Check out was fast but employee was rather terse. People were saying that you get what you pay for but I had just stayed in Seattle for less and the room was really nice, no smell, clean, new furniture, free parking, free breakfast. What’s up with Florida?
