The wrong idea!

I’m not too happy with them because they charged my credit card $10 for a towel they claim was either missing or broken and we have no idea of what they are talking about!! We are not going to dirty our name for a towel! Thank very uncomfortable and embarrassing…

Convienient Airport Location

It is a convenient hotel if you need to be near the airport. The shuttle service is very punctual. The swimming pool is a good size and great for laps. The hotel’s staff are very helpful. Gabriella helped me with my check in and gave me some good tips. Also, Ernesto attended with some things that I needed. They were both extremely professional.

Never stay here again

I mean it was very noisy in the lobby when the girl was talking to us. We asked her to repeat what she said and she rolled her eyes in disgust and was nasty. We were on the second floor and there was no elevator. We had to take our suitcases up the stairs. The place was dirty. Asked about a shuttle to the cruise ship and she said come back later and meanwhile there was a lady right behind us at a desk that handled all that and she never told us that and who? Lets a cord of a hair dryer. Hang in a sink with water and then they had electrical wires plugged in everywhere. I think that's a fire hazard
