Kitchen had very basic cookware but we worked with what we had. Space was very clean! We really enjoyed the balcony! Also wish there were basic cleaning products for guests. Overall, amazing decision I made booking Nomada! I’ll book here every time I’m in Miami!

Everything was nice, organized and clean. Just missed more amenities like soap bars, shampoo and conditioner.. The 2 tiny soap bars was not enough for a 5 days stay for 2 average sized adults. Same wirh shampoo and conditioner. Aside from that the place is a very good place for a family of 4 adults with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen well stocked, living room, dining room, balconies in bedroom and living room with spectacular views of the Biscayne Bay. Location in the Designers District with high end stores. Safe building with security cameras. Parking space provided. For sure we would love returning to Miami and staying here.

Communication is poor.

My experience at Nomada just emphasizes the reason I stay away from air b and b accommodation during vacation or short trips. The host needs to train on the importance of communication. Takes ages to respond to messages says he would send a pre-check in list for approval. Never came through as a result we missed an opportunity for early and late check in. At 9am at check out day we had someone come to knock on the door and shouting check out. After day 2 we had food refuse that was smelling up the apartment because we didnt know how to dispose refuse other than putting it in the bin under the sink. I wont be returning and i wont be recommending. Especially when their prices are almost same aa Fontaine Bleu Hotel.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The customer service was excellent, the staff, the location, everything exceeded our expectations. Although we did have a small issue upon arrival with the first apartment assigned to us, the team responded quickly and kindly relocated us. In the end, it worked out even better; the new unit had a better view, more space, and several other improvements. For our first time here, the experience was truly excellent. We know each guest may have a different experience, and sometimes negative reviews can discourage others, but in our case, everything turned out well, thank God. We genuinely recommend it 100%! Most likely, we’ll definitely come back — so if you’re considering it, give yourself the chance to visit and don’t miss out on the best of the best.
