I didnt like anything. They moved us 2 different times and the rooms were dirty. Pee spots on the toilet at check-in. Counters dirty and table.

The apartment was excellent. Really nice and spacious. Gym and pool are excellent. The main issue was the outside noise. It would appear all windows are single glazed with the road noise making it difficult to sleep. Also the living room didn’t have a blackout blind, and with a street light right outside the room was very light which again made sleeping very difficult.

Place was nice, unfortunately smaller than I had hoped. Although I have VIP status there was no option to upgrade, when I tried to get a bigger room the penalty was the full cost of what I had paid for. So keep in mind these suites are non-refundable.

Overall I would say it was a seamless experience! The apartment was everything we expected if not more, from the cleanliness to the views and amenities I’d give it a 10/10! Definitely recommend booking Nomada residences for your Miami stays.

Great accommodation

A great accommodation for those that don’t want to eat out all 3 meals in a day. A walkable distance from all the shopping districts. There is a train track next to the building and it does cause a disturbance when you’re out on the balcony but not inside the apartment. Great for couples or with family and friends. Maybe not with kids.

A nice, central location with free parking if you're driving. I wouldnt call the apartment I stayed in luxury. It was ok. I liked that there is separate sitting area, bedroom and a small equipped kitchen with standard refrigerator, dishes, stove etc. Though all the furniture seemed miniature! Supermarket and other stores in walking distance. The pool is nice however, its not heated and doesn't get direct sunlight at point during the day. It was about 78 and cloudy and the water was freezing the whole time we were there, couldn't use it. I would stay here again if it was for an extended time or needed space bigger than a regular hotel room for a few people and I would definitely choose a bigger room with a better view. If just one or 2 people and only for a few days stay in Brickell or Downtown or on the beach.

Lavish design and amenities but a lot of stupid apps. The apps are mostly time-wasting, and staff often had to contradict what the apps were telling me. "City View" rooms look directly onto a busy passenger rail line. The horns and crossing bells may be bothersome. Make sure you have earplugs.

This was perfect for me. May not be the best area for a tourist, although it is across the street from the Miami Design District for impeccable shopping and walkability (not really around the building). The building is clean, modern, and safe. The unit is beautiful and spacious with modern fixtures. Really great value, I will absolutely be back!

Some equipments in the gym is in poor working conditions, left treadmill making noice, broken bands, clips on the bikes, no blender in the room until 2 days before our departure, we stayed 8 nights, our room was supposed to be luxury, it was ok. Overpriced property, view from the balcony on the train tracks, trains coming frequently

Great Location Midtown

Great property and great location. Very confortable and well equipped. The only issue for me was the parking. If you have a big vehicle, you have a 90% chance that you will scratch your rims on the tight turns. Also, the gate opens outward and has no warning sign or safety mechanism. It hit my car the first time I pulled in.
