Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in the South of Mid Beach directly on the beach this location is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. Apartment 1420 (14th floor) is a large 1200 sq ft modern 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom premium corner unit with magnificent 180 degree views, 20-ft balcony, great room with full kitchen, dining area seats 8, living room and den which is converted to a bedroom. The convertible 4th bedroom acts as expansion of the living room for privacy sleeping in the evening, a very practical use of space for added sleeping. The unit has 2 Queen beds in the master bedroom, 2 adult twin single beds and a full size bed in the guest bedroom, 2 twins in 3rd bedroom (no window) and 2 twin beds in convertible den sleeping area. Upon request we can assemble two twins as a king double. Extra guests: Base rate includes sleeping up to 8 guests, each additional guest is $45 per night up to maximum of 11 guests.

Private Poolside Cabana Available-
Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation.

In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. If the dates you selected are not available, we may have other alternative units available at the same beachfront property -- please inquire.
