Hotel is refreshing. Like the fact of having complimentary cucumber and lemon water in the lobby on yhe 25th floor. Staff is very friendly and hopefully. I would recommend this hotel to stay while in Miami

This is dealing with the staff. Warning you must be over 21 years old to check in. It’s not clearly started so hopefully you won’t be robbed like I was. If you are Under 21 and you book this hotel will NOT refund you but they will IGNORE you until they want you to review the property 💀

This was my 3rd time staying at AKA, and usually we have no complaints. However; this visit wasn’t the best compared to our previous. I asked the front desk if the previous room we had stayed in available, but it wasn’t and she offered us a different room which she said was the same as the previous just on a different floor, however it wasn’t. It actually was nothing like the previous room. Then there was a smell in the room like previously there had been a dog in the room. Not sure how often the carpet is cleaned, but there was a hint of dog & urine smell. Very disappointing.

Big room, clean and located within easy walking to “Crazy About You” excellent restaurant. Expedia should make them include the $45 resort fee in the advertised price so that competitors of similar price can be identified.
