My issued is with Expedia. I booked a regular suite at this hotel and was given a handicap room. When I tried to fix the issue with hotel they told me Expedia chose the room. I would never have choose a handicap room for me and my wife. And booked this hotel 4 months in advance.

This hotel was beautiful! It would have been 5 stars ,but the staff on the other hand were not the kindest. Ian who checked us in was super kind and welcoming! Anna and Daniella the bartenders were kind. Anna especially went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and attended too! Any other works we encountered there were rude ,smug ,and lacked smiles or kindness. It was uncomfortable. It was like we were an inconvenience. Thank God for Ian and Anna especially though because they saved it from no stars! They were amazing!

I recently stayed at this hotel and despite the expectations, my room was not cleaned during my stay, and I did not receive fresh towels or replenished amenities. I reported this issue to the front desk, but unfortunately, it was not resolved. I would not come back to this place. They also require you to pay for early check in.

There was a significant amount of noise from ongoing construction, which affected the overall experience. The customer service fell short of expectations; it was difficult to reach the front desk or valet from the room, and I often had to go downstairs in person to speak with someone. The A/C wasn’t working properly, and I had to request items from housekeeping multiple times before receiving them. On a positive note, the gym facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.

My best friend and I arrived on an early flight and were prepared to pay an additional fee for early access but they allowed us to check in at 10:30am at no additional cost. We received a bottle of Rose as a perk. The hotel was clean. Elevators ran well. The pool area was cute and had music going. The room as clean and comfortable. The area was really convenient to restaurants and the cruise port. I would stay here again.
