Overall our experience at the hotel was really good. Great location, amazing room and views and very clean. The staff at reception were however not the most helpful. Nothing was explained at check in advising how to get around and what was close by, for example on day 5 of our stay we figured out there was a free tram to get around a few minutes away from our hotel. We also felt like the reception staff were quite cold towards us and felt a little uncomfortable every time we wanted to ask something. Only other issue was that the fridge was fully stocked and we were unable to remove anything so we couldn’t even put a bottle of water in the fridge.
