East is very central for shopping and good restaruants. The rooms are spacious and resonable. My only complaint would be a 10$ charge for holding packages.

No complimentary bottles of water,No view..you will see the people from the property in front day and night if you don’t close the curtains… forget about the Miami views They will charge you for everything and will make you pay a fees for everything including the mini fridge fee…ridiculous!!!!!! The only positive is that the food at the restaurant is good!

A lot of good things about this property. Nice staff, conveniently located, great views but there were a lot of negatives. Advertised as a property recommended for couples… the description on Expedia doesn’t tell you the only difference between the urban king & urban king premium was being on a higher floor. Paid an extra $50 for a premium room & the floor was actually way too high. Ordered breakfast with in room dining & it took over an hour and a half to be delivered. They forgot our drinks with the food when we called, it took an additional 45mins to receive our drinks. There should be a separate elevator to sugar. Elevator is constantly over crowded with people who never stay at the property, while guests who pay to stay have to wait long periods of time to get to their rooms. Constantly drunk visitors going to the lounge on the 40th floor bomb rushing guests and crowding the elevator being rude & loud. We left for dinner one night and had to show ID just to get in our building. Rooms are dark, very little lighting & the shower in our room was clogged so it filled up constantly. We asked about changing rooms due to this and none were available to move to during our entire stay.
