1. Non-functional toilet: The toilet flush was not working properly and took an excessively long time to refill with water after each use. This caused significant inconvenience and long wait times, especially for a family of four, making basic usage very difficult throughout the stay. 2. Faulty laundry dryers: The laundry dryers were not functioning across multiple floors (2, 4, and 6). Each dryer was attempted twice, resulting in a total of $12 wasted and nearly 6 hours lost during our vacation. Despite repeated attempts, the clothes did not dry, forcing us to leave the property and use an external coin laundry service. 3. Bed bug infestation: The bed was infested with bed bugs, which caused extreme discomfort and resulted in severe loss of sleep. This significantly impacted the quality of our stay and raised serious hygiene and health concerns.

Had to move rooms twice because of issues with the rooms, the first room the door didn’t close, then after the 2nd move a man knocks and is “get out now” I’m like what? No. Manager lady was a clown who then says she won’t move me again, I say I don’t want to move and I loved because of you guys. Shower sucks big time, water all over because no glass covering spray, toilet did not flush well.
